How do I create an account?
as you buy any product on our site you get option to create account as well but it is not compulsory to create an account for purchasing anything on website but yes you will get information of our offers in future if you create an account alternatively you can contact us to create an account for you .
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all Delhi/NCR locations at this moment . We offer COD as well as Prepaid services for purchases, ensuring ease of access to our customer.
Can I deliver my order to multiple addresses?
Your order can only be delivered to one address. If you wish to send items to several addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
How do I determine the correct size for me?
You can view the sizing details for a product by clicking on the Size Chart link on the product page located. This displays the size chart for the product and helps you decide which size fits you best.

How do I pay with a promo code ?
Go to our website and select the items you want to purchase.
Once you reach our payment page, enter your “coupon code” in the box that states “Please enter your coupon code” & click on apply to enjoy our special discounts.
Can I modify my delivery address?
No the address cannot be modified. You will have to cancel the order, place a new order with different address. For any further concerns, you need to send an email at email@example.com share their order number to get the address updated.
Can I open and check the contents of my package before accepting delivery?
This feature/service is not available. You can open the product only once you have made the full payment to the delivery executive/logistic partner (Taking COD order into consideration). For Prepaid order you will have to accept the order & request for order pickup on our website so that your order can be picked up by our logistic partner.
Will there be an addition charge for pickup?
No additional charges for pick – up only if it is a replacement, incase of returns we will debit the shipping charges from the refund amount.
What if the delivered product has minor fitting issues. Is there any option available?
If you shop online we do not provide alterations. We suggest all our customers to check the size chart prior to placing an order to get the right fit.
Are there any additional charges for COD /Prepaid orders?
We charge a minimal cost of Rs 149 for all our orders to be shipped. We provide free shipping if the order value is above Rs 2499.
My transaction failed but the money was deducted from my account. What should I do?
We regret the inconvenience caused. Please address this to our support team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org
1) If your deducted amount does not reflect in our account, it is due to ATM machine issues & will show in your account within 24-48hrs. (pls inform your bank in such case).
2) If the deducted amount reflects in our account we shall process the refund and you shall receive it in 5-7 working days.
